Join for one event or attend monthly\, all at no cost. All events will include the opportunity to learn more about ocean conservation. DESCRIPTION: Side by Side provides Bay Area youth ages 5 to 26 and their families with critical services that span behavioral and mental health\, early intervention in schools\, LGBTQIA+ support\, transitional housing for foster youth\, and special education.  Side by Side is in need of office volunteers at its San Anselmo headquarters. Duties include filing\, helping with in-house mailings and data entry. The office is open Monday through Friday and hours are flexible during the day\, although sometimes specific times and days are needed for particular tasks. SUMMARY:VIVALON SEEKS VOLUNTEERS
DESCRIPTION:   Vivalon is looking for volunteers to safely deliver meals to homebound seniors. Volunteers must commit to one three-hour route per week. Volunteers use their own car to deliver meals to homebound clients while providing limited daily contact with program participants. All volunteers are required to have a COVID-19 booster vaccination. Prepared meals are delivered to seniors on Monday\, Wednesday and Friday. There are morning shifts (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) and afternoon shifts (1-4 p.m.). Valid California Driver License\, a clear Department of Motor Vehicles report and a working cell phone are required and participants must pass a background check.
