More than 400 volunteers help WildCare staff programs at its San Rafael center throughout the year. Volunteer opportunities include helping in the wildlife hospital, becoming a nature guide and assisting with educational programs. Volunteers also provide transportation for animals from the center to other facilities or to release sites. In addition, WildCare offers internship opportunities. To find out more about these and additional volunteer positions, go to discoverwildcare.org/volunteer-opportunities.
