FOOD, FASHION AND ART

Seniors and families in Homeward Bound of Marin programs enjoyed delicious chicken teriyaki dinners with homemade brownies prepared by Novato Chef Eric Lee on Feb. 24. The meals were sponsored by Giving Marin Founding Partner Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical. Bloom’s virtual fundraiser will take place on May 27, 6 p.m., to benefit the organization’s programs and operations. The special night of celebration will honor its client and volunteers of the year as well as featuring live-auction items. Bloom is a volunteer-powered organization that provides complimentary wardrobes to men, women and children who are transitioning to a life of self-reliance. Visit bloommarin.org for more information.
