HEALTH HUBS CONTINUE SERVING CANAL

Marin Community Clinics continues to empower hundreds of families each week by providing core services via their Health Hubs. Since 2021, volunteers have helped provide access to community resources and events and assisted with distribution of food and supplies.

Food pantry items are available thanks to the help of SF-Marin Food Bank and ExtraFood.org. Providers are available on site to deliver free COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. The continued vaccination effort comes as many sites are no longer offering such services.

The Health Hubs also feature wellness experts who offer nutritious foods, healthy recipes, health education, screenings and more. The events are bilingual and available to anyone in the community. Patients and those in need of services are encouraged to drive up or walk up.

Marin Community Clinics’ weekly Health Hubs occur Wednesdays in San Rafael at 3110 Kerner Blvd. and Thursdays in Novato at 6090 Redwood Blvd. from 1-3:30 p.m. To help, contact Marin Community Clinics’ Health Hub supervisor, Carlos Garcia, at cagarcia@marinclinic.org.
