More than 300 people attended the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame Class of 2023 Induction Ceremony at Peacock Gap. The event honored five extraordinary women who will be inducted into the Marin Women’s Hall of Fame and celebrates the successes and growth of women’s contributions. This group of inductees share characteristics of passion, dedication, wit and hard work, and through their actions, have demonstrated their drive to ensure the progress and well-being of Marin County.
Inductees each gave acceptance speeches where they not only shared some of their life’s accomplishments but also imparted their hopes for the future of Marin County and women.
Class of 2023 Marin Women’s Hall of Fame Inductees honored were:
- Dr. Gina M. Fromer, chief executive officer, Children’s Council of San Francisco
- Leslie Murphy, chief executive officer, W. Bradley Electric
- Cheryl Paddack, chief executive officer, North Marin Community Services
- Toni Shroyer, Realtor and animal rescuer, Coldwell Banker Greenbrae
- Jean Berensmeier, founder, San Geronimo Valley Community Center, San Geronimo Valley
Paul Berensmeier accepted the induction on behalf of his late mother, Jean Berensmeier, who passed away days before the event.
