Marin Ballet announced its membership in the National Dance Education Organization and sponsorship of a Secondary Chapter in the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. Membership in NDEO will allow Marin Ballet students who are juniors and seniors in high school the opportunity to be inducted into the Honor Society and to be recognized for their outstanding artistic, leadership and academic achievements.

“When students at Marin Ballet are inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts, they are recognized not only for the extraordinary amount of work and commitment required to pursue classical ballet training, but also their accomplishments in dance-related leadership and teamwork,” said Catherine Hader, Marin Ballet’s school director.  “Membership in the Honor Society is an achievement that can be noted on college applications and resumes.”
