Organizers said the overnight Relay for Life was a success at Loma Verde School in Novato on July 29. The event, with 18 teams, raised over $68,000 in support of the American Cancer Society’s patient programs and research. Participants were treated to hours of music with the Miracle Mule Band, walks with the Storm Troopers and Darth Vader with the Rebel Legion, contests and games.
