St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin hosted a welcome party on Aug. 27 for Debi Geller, the organization’s new community engagement manager. Geller’s role includes fostering deeper relationships with Marin’s small businesses, organizations and community members.
“Vinnie’s is thrilled to have Debi on our development team,” said Kathleen Lazor Woodcock, chief philanthropy officer. “She’ll be an invaluable asset to St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin.”
More than 85 friends, family and business associates attended the event. Elected officials in attendance included District 1 Supervisor Mary Sackett, San Rafael Vice Mayor Rachel Kertz and County Executive Derek Johnson. Patrick Coll, owner of Marinitas Restaurant in San Anselmo, provided tacos and margaritas for the guests.
