Novato South Little League teams kicked off the 2025 season with a newly refaced scoreboard thanks to the Rotary Club of Ignacio.
Working with Novato South Little League leaders, Rotary Club of Ignacio members, Marin Paint Services Inc., Thomas Swan Sign Co. Inc. and the Rotary Club of Ignacio Foundation, the scoreboard was repainted and letters and logos applied just four days before opening day, March 8.
The Rotary Club of Ignacio plans to place a plaque near the scoreboard recognizing the inspiration of the late Steve Minutoli who helped gather the volunteer, funding and vendor resources to erect the original scoreboard in 2010.
