Vivalon announced that $500,000 in donations for Vivalon’s 2026 Soirée d’Élégance fundraising gala will be matched dollar for dollar by local philanthropist Vickie Soulier. The $500,000 match would potentially raise $1 million for Vivalon nutrition and transportation programs, and other services that help older adults thrive.

With her $500,000 match, every gift to Vivalon’s Soirée d’Élégance will help us reach the $1 million goal that will sustain the programs so many of our neighbors rely on – programs that deliver nutrition, transportation, falls prevention, technology training and other essential services
that foster human connection and help our Marin community thrive,” said Kaushik Roy, Vivalon CEO. “Vickie Soulier’s extraordinary act of generosity is
a reminder that when we come together, we can make a profound difference in the lives of so many people. The Soirée d’Élégance is not only a gala, but also a celebration of compassion, commitment to our elders and the power of coming together as a community to improve people’s lives.”

The Vivalon 2026 Soirée d’Élégance fundraising gala will take place Feb. 28 at a private car collection in San Rafael. All gifts to Vivalon prior to March 13 will count toward the match. The community can participate by visiting vivalon.org/donate.
