The annual Whistlestock concert on Sept. 29 at Marin Center’s Fair Island in San Rafael featured the music of Elvin Bishop and Tommy Castro. The event was attended by approximately 400 people and raised $200,000 for Whistlestop, the Marin-based organization that serves older adults and people with disabilities.
