The Sparkle Foundation’s Sparkling Our Heroes campaign rounded up more than $10,000 in products from Beauty Heroes and local hair dressers to give to front line workers In January. Team Sparkle assembled the gift boxes to hand out in gratitude for tireless work during the pandemic. The gift boxes went to 40 ICU nurses at Kaiser San Rafael, 40 Novato teachers, 30 Southern Marin workers and to 30 Burlingame teachers. The Novato-based, volunteer-powered organization has continued to provide gifts this past year even when they had to decrease the number of volunteers due to COVID-19 safety protocols. –Photos above courtesy of Sparkle Foundation Inc.
