RockRose Ranch, a 120-acre horse ranch in Nicasio, was gifted to Halleck Creek Ranch from Maja Kristin, a longtime horsewoman, impact philanthropist, attorney, and Halleck Creek Ranch donor. This additional property will allow Halleck Creek Ranch to expand its programming, serve more riders and families, and inspire new collaborations with the larger Bay Area nonprofit community.

RockRose Ranch has been used as an equestrian training and boarding facility. The property features two barns, multiple paddocks, pastures and five miles of private riding trails in the hills and redwood forests of West Marin. There is both a large main house and guest house with the potential to be used as a community center, staff offices, and spaces for volunteer trainings and nonprofit events. This site is not yet open to the public but there will be planned opportunities to visit the ranch in the coming months. For more information, visit halleckcreekranch.org.
