More than $200,000 was raised at the Melissa Prandi Children Foundation’s Safari Nights Gala on Oct. 4. The event celebrated another successful year of fundraising for the group who supports the needs of women and children in Uganda, Africa.
The money raised will help the organization continue its important work into 2025. The group has distributed over 10,000 hygiene kits to young women, enrolled 166 children in school and launched the Uplifting a Village program, where the organization focuses on one village at a time to meet the needs of the community.
