Giving Marin Community Partnership is proud to announce Mercedes-Benz of Marin has joined the initiative. Mercedes-Benz of Marin is Giving Marin’s Automotive Partner.
“It is a simple, yet impactful way to foster volunteerism and community engagement,” said Mercedes-Benz of Marin General Manager Mike Westbrook. “Mercedes-Benz of Marin is committed to giving back and supporting local community organizations through Giving Marin.”
The Giving Marin initiative, which began in January, provides marketing at no cost to non-profit organizations that serve Marin County, through the generosity of 11 community-minded businesses and institutions. Each month, the partners select print and digital ads submitted by nonprofits to underwrite in the Marin Independent Journal, or marinij.com and through social media. The initiative also fosters volunteer opportunities.
Mercedes-Benz of Marin is one of only a few luxury auto dealers in the Bay Area that remains family-owned and operated. Along with being a top luxury dealer in Marin, the team takes pride in giving back to local schools, community groups and non-profit organizations. The partners of Giving Marin have underwritten nearly 300 print and digital advertisements for nonprofits in the program’s first five months. Giving Marin welcomes Mercedes-Benz of Marin!
