Tamalpais High School is organizing a Pop-up Prom event, allowing students to have access to prom dresses and suits. Students are working with corporations, local businesses and the community for donations and support.
“Pop-up Prom is a community-driven program dedicated to ensuring every student at Tamalpais High School can attend prom with confidence and style — without the financial burden,” said Ella Picketts, program coordinator. “By collecting donations of gently used or new prom dresses, suits, shoes and accessories, Pop Up Prom creates an inclusive, pop-up boutique where students can choose their perfect look for free.”
Drop-offs will be accepted now through April 1 at these Mill Valley locations:
Mount Carmel Thrift, 45 Lovell Ave.; Mill Valley Community Center, 180 Camino Alto; Vintage Ruse, 256 Shoreline Highway.
