St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marin was the recipient of all donations made at the Big Shred, hosted April 11 by Anne and Tim Russell of Valley Oak Wealth Management. The Big Shred took place at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Novato. The event raised more than $14,000 for St. Vincent de Paul.
The event was run by a team of volunteers from Valley Oak Wealth Management and members of St. Vincent de Paul’s Board of Directors and executive team.
“St. Vincent de Paul extends their sincere gratitude to Valley Oak Wealth Management for choosing the organization as the recipient of this year’s donations as well as everyone who stopped by to get some shredding done and donate to St. Vincent de Paul,” said Kathleen Lazor Woodcock, chief philanthropy officer for St. Vincent de Paul.
