More than 300 people gather for concert
More than 300 people gathered Aug. 1 at Swig Field at the Osher Marin JCC for Summer Nights, an evening of music, dancing and community featuring the Grammy Award-winning Pacific Mambo Orchestra.
The annual celebration brought together families, friends and longtime members of the community for an evening filled with the infectious rhythms of Afro-Cuban music and Latin jazz. The field was transformed into a lively outdoor dance space.
The evening included a free salsa lesson led by Salsa Marin Dance Academy. The Pacific Mambo Orchestra then filled the field with their distinctive energy, bringing vibrant Latin rhythms that kept the crowd dancing and the celebration going.
Summer Nights at the Osher Marin JCC was made possible by staff and volunteers, and event sponsors Tri Counties Bank and HenHouse Brewing Co.
